We are happy to offer a refund to those that are dissatisfied with the results of any of our products. Our money-back guarantee will refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

Returns may be accepted only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Rreturns may be accepted if purchased through auburnlabs.com.
  • Provide the order number received when purchase was made on auburnlabs.com, or a valid proof of purchase has to be provided.
  • The unused portion of the product must be received at P.O. Box 147, 10193 Commercial Ave. Penn Valley, California 95946 within 30 days of the purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time period.
  • If you need to make a return, please email us at info@auburnlabs.com with your order number and date of purchase before sending the merchandise back. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account.

This guarantee is limited to the purchase price and excludes any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. Refund is in the form of the original payment and does not include the tax associated with the purchase. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. If valid original receipt or verified auburnlabs.com receipt are not included in the request for refund, the purchase price will not be refunded. Reproduction, sale, trade, or purchase of this form or proof of purchase is prohibited. Proof of purchase must be obtained from product purchased by you.
